Soziologie ist für mich ein eher gefürchtetes Fach, doch hier in Dänemark schafft es Sören- unser Soziologiedozent- diese Wissenschaft richtig greifbar zu machen.
Ok, seine Tafelbilder sind zuweilen etwas konfus aber das ist eben Sören.... ein verkanntes Genie ;-P
Kaugummi kauend und mit dem I-pod in der Hand, aus dem noch Duffy schallt, kommt er in unsere Stunde herein gelaufen.
Heute steht Pierre Bourdieu und "Lifestyletheories" auf dem Stundenplan.
Langweilig? Nein, nicht bei Sören. Alle acht hängen wir förmlich an seinen Lippen. Für ihn ist es kein Problem Soziologie mit Sex and the city oder Johnny Cash und direkt mit unserem Alltag zu verknüpfen.
Sören, dank dir, bekommt Soziologie endlich Hand und Fuss!
For me, sociology is a rather formidable subject. Sören-our lecturer in sociology here in Denmark-however, manages to make this science tangible for me/us. Okay, his panels are sometimes a bit confusing, but this is the way Sören is…an underestimated genius ;-P
With the I-pod in his hands, giving the sounds of “Mercy” from Duffy away,and bubblegum chewing he arrives to our class.
Today’s timetable says: Pierre Bourdieu and “lifestyletheories”.
Boring? No, not with Sören. All eight of us are hanging on his lips. For him it’s no Problem to connect sociology with “Sex and the city” or Johnny Cash and our daily life.
Finally, sociology is getting rhyme or reason. Thank you for that,Sören!
