Trainierungsplanierung

Es gibt so einiges, das ich sehr gerne auch in unserem deutschen Studienplan haben würde. Dazu gehört auch das Fach "Trainierungsplanierung"- wie es unsere dänischen Freunde übersetzt haben ;-P
In diesem Fach lernen die Studenten, einen Trainingsplan für einen Komilitonen zu erstellen und natürlich auch zu begleiten. Tipps und Tricks gibt es natürlich vom Dozenten, um nicht völligen, tschuldigung, Mist zu trainieren.
Über 8 Wochen ging die Trainingsphase und heute fand die Evaluation dazu statt, an der wir teilnehmen durften.
Es ist wirklich interessant, was für Ergebinisse herauskamen und v.a. welche Probleme auftraten.
Wie eine Studentin richtig meinte: " Es ist wichtig so etwas selbst gemacht zu haben, bevor man es bei anderen macht, weil man dann erst weiß, was von einem selbst alles abverlangt wird."

Sobald wir in Deutschland sind, würde ich auch gerne, so einen Plan machen und herausfinden, wie ist das überhaupt. Aber ohne fachliche Anleitung ist das wohl schwer, zwecks aufkommender Probleme, z.B. zu hohe Ziele setzen, kontraporduktive Trainingselemente ansetzen.....

There is so much, I would like to have in our German schedule. This includes the subject “Trainierungsplanierung” (planning a training)- as our Danish friends translated ;-P
In this subject the students learn how to create and conduct a training schedule for a fellow student and. Their Tutor, is helping in this process to avoid serious mistakes.
The Training for each student lasted for about 8 weeks and today the evaluation took place, at which we were allowed to participate. It was interesting to see what Kind of problems and questions arose during this time. And as a student correctly mentioned: “It is important to practice and experience this once on yourself before acting on other people. Only then you realize what is included in making a fitness schedule for a client and what may the main problems may emerge.”

As soon as we are back in Germany, I would like to do the same as the Danish students But this could be a problem, because we have no scientific management…
